Manager's operations in this module

***

This module serves for entering absences of individual team players in the manager's appointed events.

This is the perfect tool for the team manager who can have an overview of existing or future attendances for better planning and analysis..

Members have the option to confirm and refuse attendance.

Confirm/Refuse Attendance

If any event was added in a previous module, it will automatically appear here so the invited member can confirm their attendance. Invited members are those who were marked by an event organiser and therefore invited to confirm/refuse attendance.

Player

Click on the question mark placed by your name and open a form where you can easily confirm/refuse the attendance. Just click on YES/NO or leave „?" for now if you are not sure. If necessary, leave an extra comment.

Comments appear by moving the mouse over the button.

If there is a hyphen by your name it means you haven't been invited by the manager.

Manager

Can record the attendance of all members, including other managers.

Instead of a hyphen he can see an Invite button so he can add a member to the team / event roster.

The deadline for closing the attendance (including other details) is mentioned in HELP after moving the mouse over the event name. It doesn't prevent you from adding the attendance after that date though, it is just an informative date.

Event Timeline

Sequencing events is possible in Matches/Events module - see the information below:
The default setting is an overview of future matches and events. They are ordered from the nearest upcoming events to the furthest ones.

If you choose previous, on the top of the page you can find the last recent event according to the date.

Anytime- ordered by the most recent to the oldest events.

Filters

To evaluate the attendance of your members use the filters. It enables you to monitor the attendance in a certain period of time and/or particular events. The Season function allows you to see the attendance in previous seasons.

Filters are not dependant on each other which means that none of them has priority. The final image of the attendance is a combination of entered parameters.
